It has been specifically designed for\u00a0advanced fire protection systems and the latest\u00a0industry standards. The 43T-59 Pressure Relief Valve prevents damage\u00a0from overpressure in piping systems, ensuring a\u00a0preset upstream pressure limit regardless of\u00a0pressure peaks and fluctuating conditions. Due to\u00a0exceptional reliability and low pressure loss it is\u00a0ideal for the relief of fire pump discharge. The 43T-59 includes a pre-opening feature,\u00a0whereby full opening of the valve can be achieved\u00a0by electric command. This function may be used to\u00a0relieve and quell anticipated surge such as might\u00a0occur during pump start-up. After the anticipated surge has passed, signal\u00a0termination returns the valve to normal pressure\u00a0relief duty.
